One question, asked once
We ask whether we may use Google Analytics, and nothing loads until you answer. Say no and the site behaves exactly the same. Everything else here runs without cookies at all.

What we ask, and what refusing costs you
A cookie is a small file a website leaves in your browser so it recognises you on the next page or the next visit. This site uses exactly one thing that needs your permission: Google Analytics, which tells us which pages bring people here.
Nothing about it loads until you answer. Not the script, not a single request to Google. Refusing is one click and costs you nothing: every page, every price and the request form behave identically either way. We do not ask again on the next page, and there is no part of this site that you unlock by agreeing.
If you accept
| Cookie | What it does, and for how long |
|---|---|
_ga |
Lets Google Analytics tell that two page views came from the same browser. Two years. |
_ga_<id> |
Holds the state of the current visit. Two years. |
These are set by Google, which acts as our processor and may handle the data in the United States. We switch on IP anonymisation, so the last part of your address is discarded before Google stores anything, and we do not enable advertising features or cross-site profiling.
If you refuse, or ignore the question
Google Analytics never loads. We still count visits, but our own way: on our server, with no cookie in your browser, no third party involved, and no identifier that survives the night. That measurement is described in the privacy policy and needs no consent, precisely because it cannot follow anyone from one day to the next.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing has to be as easy as agreeing, so it is:
open the question again and pick the other answer.
Your decision is remembered in a small first-party file called vce_consent,
which contains nothing but the word granted or denied and lasts six
months. That one needs no permission: its entire job is to stop us asking you again.
What we do not load
Cookies are only half the question: a page can also send your IP address to another company simply by loading a file from its servers. Here is what this site deliberately does not do.
- No advertising pixels. Nothing from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or any network.
- No embedded maps or videos. These load third-party code and would require consent.
- No web fonts from other servers. The two typefaces are stored on this site, so your browser never contacts Google to display a page.
- No social buttons, no chat widgets, no session recording.
The practical effect is that, unless you agree to Analytics, reading this site tells nobody but us that you were here.
The one exception, and it is not about you
Our own staff sign in to a private area to read the requests that arrive. That sign-in uses a session cookie, set only after a password is entered, and it exists purely to keep that person logged in. It is never set for visitors, and there is no way to reach it from the public site.
What happens when you send the form
Nothing is stored in your browser. What you write is sent to our server and saved in our database, together with the technical details described in the privacy policy: the IP address, the browser string, and any campaign parameters that were in the address bar. That is a record on our side, not a cookie on yours, and you can ask us to delete it.
If this ever changes
If we later add another measurement tool or an embedded service, it goes through the same door: asked before it loads, refusable in one click, and written on this page with its name and what it does.
Who to ask
Almar S.r.l.s., Sestiere San Marco 5296, 30124 Venezia (VE) — booking@vcetransfers.com.
You can check all of this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, look under Storage, and before you answer the question you will find nothing there at all.
