Planned around your boarding window
Tell us your ship and sailing time when you book. We set the pickup so you reach Porto Corsini inside that window with margin for traffic, and if your flight is delayed we re-plan the run rather than cancel it.
Straight from Venice Marco Polo arrivals to the Porto Corsini cruise terminal. Fixed price per vehicle, luggage assistance, and a pickup planned around your ship's boarding window.
There is no direct train or shuttle to the cruise terminal. A private transfer covers the 150 km in about 2 hours 15 minutes for €500 fixed per vehicle, from VCE arrivals to the Porto Corsini terminal gate.
€500 fixed, per vehicle, up to 7 passengers with luggage. Booking sites list the same journey at €449 and above because of platform commission. This is the direct price, tolls and parking included.
Ravenna's cruise terminal is at Porto Corsini, on the coast about 12 km from the city centre, not in Ravenna itself. Royal Caribbean uses it as a homeport. We drop you directly at the terminal building, not in town.
Including the options that cost less than us. With luggage or a group the private transfer wins on time and hassle; travelling alone on a budget, public transport is a fair call.

Porto Corsini terminal, at the passenger building where the porters take your luggage. No walking from a car park, no taxi from Ravenna station.
Morning pickups from the terminal to Venice Airport start at 06:00. Give us your flight time and we will set the departure so you clear check-in without rushing.
If you land at VCE on sailing day, aim for an arrival at least 4 hours before boarding closes. We will tell you honestly at booking if your flight leaves the window too tight.
A metered taxi for the 150 km run costs roughly €400–500 and must usually be arranged in advance anyway. Our fixed private transfer is €500 per vehicle, agreed before you travel.
No. You would take a bus to Venice Mestre, a train to Ravenna with a change in Ferrara or Bologna, then a taxi for the last 12 km to Porto Corsini, around 4 hours with luggage. There is no rail link to the terminal itself.
We track the flight and hold the driver. If the delay makes boarding genuinely impossible we tell you straight away and refund in full. We will not put you in a car that cannot make the ship.
Yes. Your driver meets you at the terminal exit with a name sign from 06:00 onwards. Book the return leg together with the outbound and we plan both around your ship.
A Mercedes V-Class takes 7 passengers with 7 large cases. For a bigger group or extra luggage we send a Sprinter (up to 15 seats). Tell us the numbers and we size the vehicle correctly.
