Why we plan it backwards
At this distance a delayed flight does not just shift the pickup, it changes the road you arrive on. We track the flight and set off accordingly, and on the return we leave earlier than the map suggests.
Venice Marco Polo to Madonna di Campiglio, under the Brenta Dolomites. Fixed price per vehicle, and a driver who plans the run around your flight.
€640 fixed, per vehicle (up to 7 passengers), all inclusive. It is the longest of our Dolomite routes at 268 km, and the price covers tolls, fuel, taxes and meet & greet.
About 3 hours 30 minutes. Most of it is motorway across the Veneto plain and up the Adige valley; the last stretch climbs the Val Rendena. People booking from abroad routinely underestimate this leg, which is why we plan the pickup around your flight rather than a fixed clock time.
No. Campiglio has no station. The nearest useful railhead is down in the valley, and from there a bus climbs for well over an hour. With ski bags and a late-afternoon landing, that combination rarely works on the same day.
Including the options that cost less than us. With luggage or a group the private transfer wins on time and hassle; travelling alone on a budget, public transport is a fair call.
| Option | Time | Cost | Luggage | Flexibility |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Private transfer | 3 h 30 | €640 per vehicle | Unlimited + skis | Any time, door-to-door |
| Train + bus | Most of a day | Cheapest on paper | Carry your own | Change plus a long climb |
| Drive yourself | 3 h 30 | Hire + fuel + tolls | Boot space only | Chains required in winter |
| Airport taxi | 3 h 30 | Metered, uncapped | Limited | Rarely accepted this far |
Route, date, flight, luggage. Prices are published on every route page, so you know the range before you write.
A real person checks your request and replies by email, 08:00 to 18:00 CET. You secure the booking by paying in advance, and the vehicle is held for you. Send us your flight number and we track it: the pickup shifts automatically if you land early or late.
Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, takes the luggage and walks you to the car.
about 3 hours 30 minutes later you are at your address in Campiglio. Nothing changes hands on the day: the fare was settled when you confirmed.

Winter tyres and chains from November to April. The Val Rendena climb is the part that needs them, and it is the part that catches out hire cars.
Quoted separately from the transfer. With a full car and a full set of ski bags we send a Sprinter instead of a V-Class.
We also serve Pinzolo, Carisolo and the Rendena villages below Campiglio. If your hotel is down the valley the price is lower: tell us the address and we quote the exact leg.
Because it is further: 268 km against 160, and most of the extra is motorway across to Trentino. Our prices follow the distance the driver covers, so a longer run costs more and a shorter one costs less.
No. Separately from the transfer. Tell us how many pieces when you book and the figure you receive already covers them, with nothing added on the day. Tell us the number of pieces when you book so we assign a vehicle with the room.
We track it and move the pickup automatically, with 60 minutes of free waiting from your actual landing time. On a run this long we would rather set off late than have you wait.
Yes. Pinzolo, Carisolo and the Val Rendena villages are on the same road, a little short of Campiglio, and the price is lower. Give us the hotel name and we quote that leg.
Per vehicle. €640 covers up to 7 passengers with luggage and skis, around €92 each for a full car, and no changes with ski bags along the way.
Yes, same fixed price, booked the same way. On the return we start earlier than the drive alone would need: three and a half hours leaves no room for a surprise.
