Venice Airport to Alta Badia: the facts

01

How much is a private transfer from Venice Airport to Alta Badia?

€460 fixed, per vehicle (up to 7 passengers), all inclusive. One price for Corvara, Colfosco, San Cassiano, La Villa and Badia: tolls, parking and taxes included.

02

How long does it take from VCE to Corvara?

About 3 hours door-to-door. It is the longest of our Dolomiti routes because the final section is mountain road. In heavy snow allow 20–30 minutes more; your driver checks pass conditions before setting off.

03

Is there a train or bus from Venice Airport to Alta Badia?

There is no railway in the Badia valley. By public transport you would travel to Brunico or Bolzano and change to a valley bus, five hours or more with ski bags, and no service that runs to your hotel door.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

Tell us the trip

Route, date, flight, luggage. Prices are published on every route page, so you know the range before you write.

We confirm your price

A real person checks your request and replies by email, 08:00 to 18:00 CET. You secure the booking by paying in advance, and the vehicle is held for you. Send us your flight number and we track it: the pickup shifts automatically if you land early or late.

Meet your driver

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, takes the luggage and walks you to the car.

Door to door

about 3 hours later you are at your address in Alta Badia. Nothing changes hands on the day: the fare was settled when you confirmed.

Mountain road & Sellaronda access

The last hour is what makes the difference

All five villages, one price

Corvara, Colfosco, San Cassiano, La Villa and Badia are all €460. Give us the hotel name and we drive to the entrance, including the properties up on the Passo Campolongo and Passo Gardena roads.

Drivers who know the passes

The final approach climbs steadily and the pass roads can close briefly during heavy snowfall. Our drivers run this route through the season, check conditions before departure and take the open way round rather than gambling on a pass.

Skis, boards and boot bags free

Quoted separately from the transfer. Seven passengers with seven ski bags means a Sprinter. Tell us the numbers when booking and we size the vehicle properly.

Straight onto the Sellaronda

Alta Badia sits on the Sellaronda circuit and connects to Val Gardena, Arabba and Val di Fassa. If your group is split across two valleys we can run both drop-offs in one journey. Ask us for the combined price.

FAQ

Venice Airport to Alta Badia: your questions

How much is a taxi from Venice Airport to Corvara?

A metered taxi would run well past €500 for the 190 km, and few will take a mountain fare in winter. Our fixed private transfer is €460, booked and confirmed before you travel.

Do you charge extra for San Cassiano or La Villa?

No. Every Alta Badia village is €460. The difference between them is a few minutes of valley road and we do not price it separately.

What happens if a mountain pass is closed?

We take whichever route is open on the day: these valleys usually have more than one way in, and our drivers check before setting off. If access is genuinely blocked by the authorities we tell you immediately and rebook or refund in full.

Are your vehicles equipped for snow?

Yes. Winter tyres from November to April and snow chains carried on board, as required by law on these roads.

Can you collect us for an early-morning flight?

Yes. Pickups from 04:00 are normal in ski season. Give us the flight time and we set the departure with a realistic margin for winter road conditions.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. €460 covers up to 7 passengers with luggage and skis, around €66 each for a full car, door to door.
